What is digital printing? How does it work?

The workflow of the digital printing technique is quite similar to that of office printers, but offers more functions. Several digital printing files can be received and transferred to job queue. It allows continuous production but no changeover losses. There are huge differences between their internal structures.

The rotatable cans will be stopped one by one at five color stations (white, black, yellow, red, green), where the inks will spray accurately on the cans. Then UV colours/pinning and final curing in the machine.

Permits varying ink (matt or gloss) layer thickness for glossiness and tactile effects. Perfect taste and perfect design.Thermal or UV top coating in a separate lacquering machine will improve gloss effect. Advantages such as these provide economic benefits, help improve your company’s environmental profile and make your offerings more attractive to your customers.

Yes, we do! Select your format, download the template, open the PDF in Illustrator and let’s get creative!

Build your file in a design program like Adobe Illustrator. Remember the following tips:

  • Use CMYK colors only: no Pantone or neon colors!
  • Outline all fonts and embed all images
  • Ensure the image resolution is between 400 to 600 dpi
  • Build any selective gloss or metallic details on a separate layer

Save your file as a high-quality print PDF (default preset); each PDF should include only one SKU and one design.

How do I prepare dunnage for return?

Plastic packaging materials (including plastic pallets, plastic lids, and plastic partitions) are classified as our fixed assets. If you need to use these materials, please inform us in advance and undertake to return them in full. We request that you properly maintain and store the materials. In the event of loss or damage, appropriate compensation will be required.

Logistics costs for returning the plastic packaging materials will not be borne by the customer. You only need to load the materials onto our designated freight vehicles. What’s my ETA?

The ETA will be available based on your receiving address and shipping date. If your orders are ready before CRD (customer request date), you can ask for early shipment.

When you ship with Sunrise, we handle every step, from the creation of all transportation documentation to arranging your order’s pickup with the transportation company. Just sit back and wait for your order to arrive.

The transportation company delivering on behalf of Sunrise will contact you to coordinate the delivery time and date. If we encounter any delays or issues, our Logistics Team will be on the case to evaluate the issue.

When you place an order through the Sunrise customer portal, please indicate any special delivery instructions. Here are a few examples:

  1. If we need to make an appointment to deliver to your location;
  2. Pre-delivery phone call required or not;
  3. If there are specific open hours/days for the delivery;
  4. If ship to the third party? (Such as Subcon. Warehouse);
  5. If there are street closures due to construction work that can prevent delivery or change the conditions of delivery.

This information can be entered in the “Delivery Instructions” or “Comments” section of the portal when you place your order. If special instructions aren't provided in a timely manner, delays or extra charges may be incurred, for which Sunrise takes no responsibility.

By default, Sunrise will ship to the location indicated in our portal. If the order needs to be delivered to a third-party location, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. You can also use the “Delivery instructions” field in our portal to indicate if your delivery is going to a third-party location. To avoid having your oder shipped to the wrong location, please provide this information in a timely manner.

If sunrise shipped the goods but the loss or damage occurred, we will reprint the ordered products and launch a comprehensive investigation. The customer experience team will contact you to confirm the specific situation and determine the follow-up steps.

LOGISTICS-SELF-PICKUP

How do I schedule my pickup appointment?

Please provide the information of the vehicle for self-pickup of the goods (driver's name, phone number, ID card number, vehicle license plate number) and arrive at our company in advance according to the time required by us. For specific matters, you can contact us at any time.

Arrange a suitable vehicle according to the volume and weight of the goods. The container of the goods pickup vehicle should be kept clean. For specific matters, you can contact us at any time.

Delayed payment, production equipment failure, or untimely arrival of transport vehicles may cause delivery delays. In such cases, both parties must maintain open communication to negotiate solutions.

Issue a written Letter of Authorization (LOA) specifying:

  1. Third-party agent’s company name,
  2. Full registered address
  3. Contact telephone number
  4. Expected arrival date of goods.

If the consignee is an individual, please also provide the consignee's ID card number and full residential address.
